A kitchen that works as well as it looks
Most kitchens we see in Wakefield weren't built for the way people use them now. Too little counter space, upper cabinets nobody can reach, a fridge door that hits the island. A remodel fixes the layout first and the looks second.
MR Construction Revolutions has been remodeling kitchens north of Boston since 2008. We handle the whole job: demo, framing and drywall, cabinet installation, countertops, tile backsplash, flooring, trim and paint. Licensed trades handle plumbing and electrical, and we coordinate them so you deal with one contractor.
You get a written price and a schedule before anything starts, and you'll know who is in your kitchen each day.

Make the kitchen the room everyone ends up in
A new kitchen changes how a house feels day to day, and it's one of the remodels buyers notice first if you ever sell.
We help you choose finishes that fit your style and your budget, whether that's a full gut with a new island or keeping the layout and replacing cabinets, counters and backsplash. If a change mid-project affects the price, you hear about it before the work happens.

What affects the cost of a kitchen remodel in Wakefield
Every home is different, so we price every job after a free in-home estimate. These are the things that move the number most.
Scope
Keeping your layout and replacing cabinets, counters and backsplash costs far less than moving walls, plumbing or gas lines.
Cabinets & counters
These are usually the biggest line items. Stock, semi-custom and custom cabinets, and quartz versus granite, change the total the most.
What's behind the walls
Older Wakefield homes can hide outdated wiring, old plumbing or uneven floors. We look for it at the estimate so it isn't a surprise later.
A Hassle Free Process
Free estimate, written price, one crew and a final walkthrough together. We also handle bathroom remodeling and drywall services, so one call covers the whole project.

It depends on the size and scope. A cabinet, countertop and backsplash replacement moves much faster than a full gut with layout changes. Countertops are templated after cabinets go in, which adds time between steps. At your free estimate we give you a written schedule so you know what to expect each week.
For most of the project, no. We'll help you plan a temporary setup with the fridge and a microwave in another room, and we keep the work area sealed off and cleaned up each day.
If the project moves walls, plumbing, gas or electrical, yes. Replacing cabinets and counters in the same spot usually needs less. We tell you exactly what your town requires and guide you through it. In Massachusetts, plumbing and electrical permits are pulled by the licensed plumber or electrician doing that work.
Yes. Design guidance is part of every remodel. We help you work out the layout, cabinet style, countertop material, backsplash tile and lighting so it fits your budget.
If the cabinet boxes are solid and the layout works for you, refacing or painting can save a lot. If the boxes are damaged, sagging or the layout is the problem, replacing them is the better use of your money. We'll tell you honestly which one your kitchen needs.
Yes. We handle countertops, backsplash tile, flooring, trim and paint as part of the same job, so you don't have to hire separate trades.
