Walk-in showers, new tubs and vanities, done right the first time

A bathroom has to survive water every single day, so most of what makes a remodel last is the part you never see: the waterproofing behind the tile, the slope of the shower floor and a fan that actually clears the steam.

Since 2008 we've remodeled bathrooms across Wakefield, Reading, Melrose, Stoneham and the North Shore, from small powder rooms to full primary baths. Large-format porcelain, stone subway tile, glass mosaic accents, pebble shower floors, floating vanities and frameless glass are all on this page, and all of it is our own work.

We coordinate licensed plumbing and electrical so you deal with one contractor, and you get a written price and schedule before we start.

Small bathroom, big change

You don't need a big room to get a bathroom that feels new. A floating vanity frees up floor space, a round mirror and wall-mounted shelves keep counters clear, and a dark ceiling can make black fixtures look intentional instead of busy.

Tell us what bothers you about the bathroom you have now. We'll show you what can change within your budget, and what's worth leaving alone.

What affects the cost of a bathroom remodel in Wakefield

Every home is different, so we price every job after a free in-home estimate. These are the things that move the number most.

Shower or tub

Keeping a tub where it is costs less than converting it to a walk-in shower, which means new plumbing, waterproofing and a glass enclosure.

Tile choice & amount

Floor-to-ceiling tile, mosaic accents and stone cost more in material and labor than a tiled tub surround and a simple floor.

Moving fixtures

Relocating a toilet, sink or shower drain is the biggest cost driver. Keeping fixtures in place keeps the budget down.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bathroom Remodeling

A straightforward bathroom remodel usually takes a few weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Tile work, waterproofing cure times and glass doors (which are measured after tile is set) set the pace. We give you a written schedule at the estimate.

Yes. We remove the tub, rough in the new valve and drain, waterproof the walls and floor, tile it and finish with a glass door or panel.

Most bathroom remodels that change plumbing or electrical need permits, and in Massachusetts those are pulled by the licensed plumber or electrician. Cosmetic work like a new vanity in the same spot or new tile usually needs less. We tell you what your town requires.

Not while the main work is underway. If it's your only bathroom, tell us at the estimate and we'll plan the schedule to keep the time without a working toilet as short as possible.

Large-format porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, glass and stone mosaics, marble hex, patterned cement-look tile and plank tile. You can see all of these in the projects on this page.

If the tub is solid and you like its size and shape, reglazing or a new tiled surround can be the smart move. If it's chipped, rusting or you want a walk-in shower, replace it. We'll give you both options at the estimate.

Reviews From Our Satisfied Clients

Marcio scheduled a visit to my home and we went through the renovation I was looking to have done in our master bathroom. After providing us the final estimate we scheduled demo and his team arrived promptly to start their work. They did a good job covering the bedroom items to avoid dust which helped quite a bit. During construction Marcio kept me informed the entire time and we made a couple minor changes to the scope of work without any issues… Overall, Marcio was a great contractor to work with at a good price.

Excellent work installing my kitchen backsplash. Good attention to detail. They covered my floors for protection and thoroughly cleaned up when done. I will also have him do my 1/2 bath as well.
